Assistant Executive Manager – Agriculture

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Executive Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
Ph.D. in Agriculture or Master’s in Agriculture with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Graduates from China highly preferable.
Experience in Chili farming preferred.
Fluency in English and Chinese (optional).
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Technical Manager in overseeing the Chili contract farming project.
Implement advanced agricultural practices and technologies to enhance productivity.
Lead and manage a team of agricultural specialists and workers.
Analyze data for informed decision-making and project improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Support budget planning and cost optimization.
Additional Benefit:
Ability to travel to any country for project-related activities.
